because the sky is the only covering above me on earth
there is no limit to the distance of which i can souljourn
for there are chariots of fire that travel through time &
the mind can experience distant realities if it is only
open to the possibities that exists beyond the threshold of thought

some say that space is an abstraction and that being is all there is
a school of thought founded upon transcendental principles
of spirituality that defies logic and scientific explanation
but these memories are as old as humanity's ability to breath life &
taste the energy of an eternal sunshine on the soul of a star
suspended by its own animation on earth where it has fallen from heaven &
i realize that i am and that is all that matters in light of what is &
